Most of our customers arrive with the same question: "We have an idea — how do we turn it into a product?" After hundreds of OEM/ODM projects, our process has settled into five clear steps.

Step 1 — Specifications

Send us drawings, 3D files, or even a physical sample plus your target capacity, dimensions and decoration requirements. The more precise the brief, the faster we move. Our R&D team reviews producibility within 48 hours and flags anything that would cause problems in forming or annealing.

Step 2 — Quotation

We quote based on material, forming complexity, decoration and order quantity. Be transparent about your target price — we can often suggest a design tweak that keeps the look while cutting cost.

Step 3 — Sampling (7–15 days)

We produce samples and ship them for your approval. Most projects need one or two rounds of adjustments. We recommend testing samples exactly as your customers will use them: dishwasher cycles, thermal shock, lid fit.

Step 4 — Mass production

Once samples are approved and sealed, production begins under the same QC checkpoints we apply to the samples — dimensional checks, annealing inspection, decoration adhesion tests and final AQL sampling.

Step 5 — Inspection & shipment

We support third-party inspection before shipment and provide complete export documentation. Standard lead time after sample approval is 25–35 days depending on quantity.

Common pitfalls to avoid

  • Skipping the dishwasher/thermal test on samples — the two most common field failures.
  • Approving decoration from photos alone — always check a physical sample for color and adhesion.
  • Changing dimensions after tooling is made — confirm the sealed sample carefully.
